- Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a 6-donut pan with cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, sea salt, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk to combine. Whisk in butter, milk, sriracha and egg until smooth. Fold in cheese and green onion.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan and gently tap donut tin on counter to evenly distribute batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool donuts in pan for 10 minutes before gently lifting out of pan with a butter knife. Enjoy warm.
