- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll sheet of puff pastry and brush with sriracha, leaving 1-inch around edges. Top with ham and sprinkle with cheese.
- Tightly roll puff pastry into a log and wrap with plastic wrap. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch-thick pinwheels. Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve warm.
