ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons garlic salt
3 pounds chicken wing drummettes
½ cup Kikkoman Sriracha Chili Sauce
¾ cup honey
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
6 cups cooked rice

directions

Combine olive oil, and garlic salt. Rub the mixture of the drummettes, coating thoroughly. Place wings in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes and the wings are browned. Meanwhile in a small saucepan combine sriracha, honey, butter and soy sauce. Stir over low heat while butter melts. Pour sauce over the chicken and toss. Place rice in individual bowls, divide chicken and sauce over the rice bowls.
