- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Blot chicken wings dry with paper towel and place in a medium mixing bowl.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Once butter melts stir in sriracha, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and onion powder until brown sugar dissolves, about 4 minutes. Cool mixture for 10 minutes at room temperature. Reserve ¼ cup of mixture in a small bowl and set aside. Pour remaining sauce over wings and stir to coat.
- Place wings onto baking sheet about ½ inch apart and bake for 25 minutes. Use tongs to turn wings and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Cool wings 5 minutes at room temperature to allow skin to crisp. Drizzle reserved sauce over wings and enjoy.
