- Combine cubed salmon, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well to coat salmon.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place salmon in air fryer skin side down. Air fry for 9 minutes at 380°F.
- While salmon cooks, stir together honey, Dijon mustard, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
- Serve salmon bites hot topped with green onions and a squeeze of lime with sriracha honey mustard for dipping, or serve over rice with steamed broccoli and drizzled with sriracha honey mustard.
