- Divide ground beef into four portions, rolling into individual balls.
- Cook bacon on griddle. Set aside.
- Put pineapple rings on griddle to cook. Drizzle each side with ½ tablespoon teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Brown brioche buns. Set aside.
- Place burger balls on griddle. Smash thin, drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce on both sides. Top with pepper jack cheese.
- Top each bun with a burger patty, pineapple ring and a piece of bacon.
