- Add chicken thighs to a bowl and marinate in 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, set aside.
- Prep vegetables by shredding cabbage and dicing green onion while boiling water for noodles.
- Sautee cabbage on grill, set aside.
- Grill chicken 2-3 minutes per side. Once you flip chicken once, baste with about a tablespoon of teriyaki.
- Remove boiled noodles and toss with one tablespoon of teriyaki and cooked cabbage. Slice cooked chicken and add to noodles.
- Top with green onions and serve.
