- Chop up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, add in your teriyaki sauce to marinate the chicken.
- Chop bell peppers, onion, and green onions into bite-sized pieces and assemble skewers with repeating patterns of chicken, onion, green onion, bell pepper.
- Heat charcoal and get the grill pan hot. Then sear off your chicken skewers.
- Option to lather on more teriyaki sauce for added flavor as the skewers are cooking.
