2 pounds sirloin steak, cubed
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, divided
1 tablespoon neutral oil
Chopped cilantro for serving

directions

  1. Soak eight 8-inch wooden skewers in water for 5 minutes. Place cubed steak in a medium bowl and drizzle with half of teriyaki sauce. Stir to coat. Thread steak onto skewers.
  2. Grease a medium grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Grill kabobs for 2-3 minutes, then turn and grill for another 2-3 minutes until done.
  3. Brush kabobs with remaining teriyaki sauce and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
