- Soak eight 8-inch wooden skewers in water for 5 minutes. Place cubed steak in a medium bowl and drizzle with half of teriyaki sauce. Stir to coat. Thread steak onto skewers.
- Grease a medium grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Grill kabobs for 2-3 minutes, then turn and grill for another 2-3 minutes until done.
- Brush kabobs with remaining teriyaki sauce and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
