ingredients

1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 to 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
4 boneless tender beef steaks (ribeye or top sirloin),
about 3/4 inch thick

directions

  1. Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, garlic, onion powder and pepper.
  2. Place steaks on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals; brush with baste & glaze mixture. Cook about 10 minutes (for medium-rare), or to desired doneness, turning over and brushing frequently with remaining baste & glaze mixture. (Or, place steaks on rack of broiler pan; brush with baste & glaze mixture. Broil 5 minutes; turn over and brush with remaining baste & glaze mixture. Broil 5 minutes longer [for medium-rare], or to desired doneness.)
