- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Form into 10 evenly sized balls, set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot add all meatballs and let sear for 2-3 minutes. Flip on all sides and repeat until fully browned.
- Remove from the pan, turn heat to medium low and add teriyaki sauce. Once hot add back in meatballs, cover and let fully cook, about 5 minutes.
- To assemble, slice the baguette in half, add meatballs, top with extra teriyaki sauce from the pan and grate on some fresh parmesan. Top with roasted red peppers and enjoy!
