ingredients

1 pound 93/7 ground beef (can use leaner or fattier)​
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko​ Bread Crumbs
1 large egg​
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped​
¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated (plus more for topping)​
2 cloves garlic, minced​
Pinch of kosher salt​
1 tablespoon olive oil​
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original​
Baguette (sub bread of choice)​
Roasted red peppers (optional)

directions

  1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt in a​ bowl.​
  2. Form into 10 evenly sized balls, set aside.​
  3. Heat a pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot add all meatballs and​ let sear for 2-3 minutes. Flip on all sides and repeat until fully browned.​
  4. Remove from the pan, turn heat to medium low and add teriyaki sauce. Once hot add​ back in meatballs, cover and let fully cook, about 5 minutes.​
  5. To assemble, slice the baguette in half, add meatballs, top with extra teriyaki sauce from​ the pan and grate on some fresh parmesan. Top with roasted red peppers and enjoy!
