- Cook noodles according to box.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a hot wok.
- Add the shredded carrots and bok choy and lightly cook for about a minute.
- Add the shrimp or protein of choice and cook thoroughly.
- Add the soba noodles and stir fry it a little.
- Add about 4 tbsp of Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original and mix everything up well!
