ingredients

1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
12 ounces potato gnocchi
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup halved sugar snap peas
1½ cups sliced cremini mushrooms
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro for serving

directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a medium skillet for 2 minutes. Add gnocchi and lightly brown for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer gnocchi to a plate.
  2. Heat remaining olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, snap peas, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Takumi sauce and cook for 2 minutes longer.
  3. Return gnocchi to skillet and stir gently to coat with sauce. Heat for 1 minute. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
