- Start by draining and pressing your tofu to remove excess water
- Slice your tofu into small strips and add to a container
- Add remaining marinade ingredients to the container, cover with a lid and then shake to combine. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least half an hour.
- Once marinated, add a little bit of oil to a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Place your tofu and let crisp on each side for about 5 minutes. Once crispy, set aside.
- Warm up your baguette then slice. Add a layer of spicy mayo, your crispy tofu, pickled veggies, cilantro, and then more ponzu.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
