- Lightly grease a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture. In a small bowl, stir together honey and 1 teaspoon of wasabi. Add shrimp and gently stir to coat.
- Pour shrimp into skillet and cook 4-5 minutes, turning shrimp halfway through cooking.
- While shrimp cooks, stir together mayonnaise, remaining 1 teaspoon of wasabi, and cilantro. Serve shrimp hot over warmed corn tortillas with chopped red onion, lettuce, lime wedges and a drizzle of aioli.
