Sweet and Sour Turkey Wrap

Sweet-and-Hot Sesame Dressing

Serves Yield: 24 (2-ounce) servings

About

Elevate your salads, bowls, and seafood with this dynamic Sweet-and-Hot Sesame Dressing. Built on a base of deeply concentrated, reduced orange juice and bright lime, this bold dressing balances citrus sweet notes with rich Teriyaki Glaze and aromatic Toasted Sesame Oil. A punch of garlic, fresh green onions, and fiery Chinese chili sauce brings an addictive heat, while toasted sesame seeds deliver a delicate crunch.

Incredibly versatile, this sweet and spicy vinaigrette is robust enough to pair with heartier proteins like grilled salmon or swordfish, yet light enough to toss into crisp green salads, grain bowls, and fresh jicama slaws.

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts, 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 cup, 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon garlic puree
  • ½ cup minced green onions
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared Chinese hot chili sauce with garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. In saucepan, reduce 2 quarts, 3 ¼ cups of the orange juice to 4 ½ cups.
  2. Cool to lukewarm. Mix in the remaining 2 ¼ cups orange juice and the remaining ingredients to blend thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  4. Serve with meaty fish such as swordfish or salmon, or toss with greens, orange segments and sliced jicama.
