About

A Texas-favorite beer cocktail combined with a central Mexican inspired michelada and an Asian twist.   Recipe created in partnership with Chefs Evelyn Garcia and Henry Lu at Jūn by Kin. 

Ingredients

1 ounce fish sauce, three crab brand preferred 
1 ounce Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce 
2 ounces fresh lime juice 
1 ounce clamato or tomato juice 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman ® Gluten-Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce  

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.  
  2. Add about 1.5 ounces in a glass and enjoy with your favorite beer.
