Seasoned Panko:
- Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and saute until soft and aromatic.
- Add Panko to oil and ginger mixture and stir to coat panko and continue stirring to toast the panko. Stir constantly and don’t leave unattended as the panko will burn.
- Depending on the size of available pans, this recipe can be completed in 2 or 3 batches.
Pork Wing Assembly:
- Airfry pork wings as needed until they’re sizzling hot, appoximately 6 to 8 minutes.
- Transfer hot wings to a mixing bowl and add Katsu sauce to coat. Toss or stir wings to ensure each wing is fully ocated.
- Place one wing in a sample cup and garnish with seasoned and toasted panko.
