Seasoned Panko:

  • 1 cup Peanut or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman® Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 bag Kikkoman® Toasted Panko
  • Kosher Salt, to taste

Seasoned Panko:

  1. Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and saute until soft and aromatic.
  3. Add Panko to oil and ginger mixture and stir to coat panko and continue stirring to toast the panko. Stir constantly and don’t leave unattended as the panko will burn.
  4. Depending on the size of available pans, this recipe can be completed in 2 or 3 batches.

Pork Wing Assembly:

  1. Airfry pork wings as needed until they’re sizzling hot, appoximately 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Transfer hot wings to a mixing bowl and add Katsu sauce to coat. Toss or stir wings to ensure each wing is fully ocated.
  3. Place one wing in a sample cup and garnish with seasoned and toasted panko.
