Kikkoman Vegan Serrano Aioli

About
A creamy, dairy-free ranch dressing featuring the smooth richness of Kikkoman Soymilk, balanced with serrano chiles, garlic, fresh cilantro, and a touch of tangy lime juice. This versatile vegan ranch is perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pasta and dipping sauces.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups light neutral oil or avocado oil
- 1 cup Kikkoman® Soy Milk
- 6 Tbsp Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
- 8 Tbsp fresh lime juice (½ cup)
- 2-3 whole serrano chiles (or seeded adjust for heat preference)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 cilantro
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 ½ – 4 tsp salt (to taste)
Directions

- Prepare ingredients.
Peel and crush garlic cloves. Finely chop serrano chiles, onion, garlic, cilantro and dill if using fresh herbs. - Add remaining ingredients.
With the blender running on medium-high speed, blend garlic, serrano chiles, cilantro, onion, nutritional yeast and salt. Then add Kikkoman Soymilk and lime juice, blend until smooth and evenly incorporated. - Emulsify the ranch.
Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while blending continuously. Continue blending until thick, creamy, and fully emulsified. - Adjust seasoning.
Taste and adjust salt as needed. For a thinner dressing consistency, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of soy milk or additional lime juice until desired texture is reached. - Use or Store.
Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate before serving. Ideal for salads, vegetable platters, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and dipping sauces.
Storage Tips:
Refrigerate: Up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Stir or shake before serving if slight separation occurs.
