Spicy Sesame Edamame
Serves
44 servings (per 1/2 gallon bottle)
Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Edamame in Shell
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Poke Sauce
1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook edamame according to package directions, drain, pat dry and set aside.
- In a pan over high heat, add Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil. When the oil is hot, carefully add the edamame and fry, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes until slightly charred.
- Add Kikkoman Poke Sauce and combine. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until sauce becomes reduced and slightly sticky.
- Add minced garlic stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
