Recipe created by School Food Rocks and Woodles

Ingredients

1 pint Carrots, raw, chopped

1 pint Onions, raw, chopped

1 pint Peppers, sweet, green, raw chopped

1 and 1/4 cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

13 and 3/8 Noodle Cakes, Woodles Ramen Whole Grain Noodles

3 lbs., Beef Philly Steak

Directions

  1. Thaw steak one day in advance under refrigeration.
  2. Preheat braising pan to 375 degrees.
  3. Thoroughly wash and chop produce.
  4. Cook noodles in boiling water for 4 and 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  5. Add vegetable oil to braising pain. Add the steak and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef and set it aside.
  6. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  7. Add the cooked flank steak, water, 1 and 1/4 cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze, and Woodles Ramen Noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir and transfer everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Transfer the Teriyaki Beef Ramen to hotel pans.
