Teriyaki Beef Ramen Stir Fry

1 pint Carrots, raw, chopped
1 pint Onions, raw, chopped
1 pint Peppers, sweet, green, raw chopped
1 and 1/4 cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
13 and 3/8 Noodle Cakes, Woodles Ramen Whole Grain Noodles
3 lbs., Beef Philly Steak
Directions
- Thaw steak one day in advance under refrigeration.
- Preheat braising pan to 375 degrees.
- Thoroughly wash and chop produce.
- Cook noodles in boiling water for 4 and 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to braising pain. Add the steak and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef and set it aside.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add the cooked flank steak, water, 1 and 1/4 cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze, and Woodles Ramen Noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir and transfer everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the Teriyaki Beef Ramen to hotel pans.
