A creamy, spicy vegan aioli featuring the smooth richness of Kikkoman Soy Milk, balanced with the bold heat of Kikkoman Sriracha Chili Sauce and fresh lime juice. Finished with garlic and a touch of umami, this versatile sauce is perfect for sandwiches, burgers, fries, tacos, grain bowls, and dipping applications.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups avocado oil (or neutral oil)
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Soymilk Original
  • 5 Tbsp Kikkoman® Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1-2 small garlic cloves, minced (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Kikkoman Fish Sauce
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare Ingredients.
    Juice fresh limes and measure remaining ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
    Add Kikkoman Soy Milk, Sriracha Chili Sauce, lime juice, garlic, Kikkoman Fish Sauce, and salt. Blend until smooth and evenly incorporated.
  3. Emulsify the aioli
    With the blender running on medium-high speed, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while blending continuously. Continue blending until thick, creamy, and fully emulsified.
  4. Adjust seasoning
    Taste and adjust salt as needed. For additional heat, add more Kikkoman Sriracha Chili Sauce. For a thinner consistency, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of water or additional lime juice.
  5. Use or store.
    Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate before serving. Ideal as a spread for sandwiches and burgers, a sauce for tacos and grain bowls, or a dip for fries and vegetables.

 

Storage Tips

Refrigerate: Up to 5 days in an airtight container.

Stir or shake before serving if slight separation occurs.
