Light & Creamy Sriracha Chicken Dip

Light & Creamy Sriracha Chicken Dip | Game day is here, so it's time to make all your favorite appetizer recipes! This lighter, healthier dip makes a great addition to the snacking table. The recipe is quick and easy, combining shredded chicken with creamy cheese and yogurt, fresh veggies, and a touch of spice. Serve with healthier multi-grain crackers, low-sodium corn chips, or crunchy vegetables for dipping. This dip is perfect to prepare as an afternoon snack or midnight treat, too.

2 cups cooked/shredded chicken breast
6 ounces light cream cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped green onion, divided
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese

For Serving
Sliced cucumbers, sliced carrots, whole grain crackers, tortilla chips


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine all ingredients for dip except shredded cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  2. Pour into an oven safe baking dish or small cast iron skillet and spread with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  3. Serve sriracha chicken dip hot topped with green onions, plus vegetables and whole grain chips/crackers for dipping.
