- In a bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour over pork and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium high and grill pork until at least 145°F (approximately 12 minutes per side). Allow meat to rest 5-10 minutes after removing from grill.
