ingredients

2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch of ginger, grated
6 2-inch pork tenderloin steaks

directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour over pork and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high and grill pork until at least 145°F (approximately 12 minutes per side). Allow meat to rest 5-10 minutes after removing from grill.
  3. Serve with your favorite sides and then slice up the leftovers for Grilled Pork Tacos.
