- Combine orange juice, soy sauce, lime juice, orange zest, honey, minced garlic, cilantro and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until honey is dissolved. Pour marinade over steak in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate to marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Pat excess moisture from steak using paper towel. Heat a cast iron grill pan or outdoor grill on high heat and grease lightly with oil. Once pan or grill is very hot, add steak and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of the cut.
- Remove steak from pan and rest for 10 minutes. Slice steak thinly and serve topped with sesame seeds and additional cilantro.
