¼ cup Kikkoman® Kotteri Mirin
½ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  4. Roll out the pizza dough and place it onto the greased baking sheet.
  5. Spread the sauce and chicken mixture over the dough and top with mozzarella cheese. Distribute the peppers evenly over the cheese
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bottom is browned and all the cheese is melted and has bubbled.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
