- Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 12-cavity muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper in each cavity and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the wrappers are crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl combine Ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado, green onion, cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Stir gently.
- Gently remove wonton cups from muffin tins and place on a serving plate. Spoon tuna poke into wonton cups and serve right away.
