ingredients

12 wonton wrappers 
½ pound Ahi tuna, thawed and diced 
½ cup lightly peeled chopped cucumber
½ a medium avocado, diced 
¼ cup chopped green onion 
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
1 tablespoon lime juice 
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil  

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 12-cavity muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper in each cavity and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the wrappers are crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.  
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine Ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado, green onion, cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Stir gently.  
  3. Gently remove wonton cups from muffin tins and place on a serving plate. Spoon tuna poke into wonton cups and serve right away.
