- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Add shrimp to a medium sized bowl with seasonings and cornstarch. Mix the shrimp until evenly coated then set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk the egg. In a shallow plate add the panko. Dunk coated shrimp into the egg, then panko, and add the shrimp to the air fryer. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
- Spray with avocado oil and air fry for 12 minutes.
- Mix together ingredients for Bang Bang Sauce. Halfway through frying (roughly 6 minutes), remove shrimp and coat in the sauce. Add back to the air fryer to cook for the remaining time.
- Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
