ingredients

1 pound jumbo shrimp, raw and deveined 
½ teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch 
1 large egg
¾ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
Avocado or olive oil cooking spray 

Bang Bang Sauce: 
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Sweet Chili Sauce
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar

directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Add shrimp to a medium sized bowl with seasonings and cornstarch. Mix the shrimp until evenly coated then set aside.
  3. In a small bowl whisk the egg. In a shallow plate add the panko. Dunk coated shrimp into the egg, then panko, and add the shrimp to the air fryer. Repeat with remaining shrimp. 
  4. Spray with avocado oil and air fry for 12 minutes. 
  5. Mix together ingredients for Bang Bang Sauce. Halfway through frying (roughly 6 minutes), remove shrimp and coat in the sauce. Add back to the air fryer to cook for the remaining time.
  6. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
