ingredients

16 ounces pickles, sliced in half lengthwise
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder

For Aioli 
⅓ cup drained & chopped roasted red peppers
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon old bay seasoning

directions

  1. Blot excess moisture from pickles with paper towel. Add flour to one shallow bowl, beat egg in a second bowl and combine panko, salt, smoked paprika and garlic in a third.
  2. Coat pickles in flour followed by egg and then panko. Place in basket of air fryer, leaving ½ inch of space between each pickle. Air fry at 370ºF for 7-9 minutes.
  3. While pickles air fry, combine roasted red peppers, mayonnaise and old bay seasoning in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
  4. Serve pickles warm with aioli for dipping.
