- Blot excess moisture from pickles with paper towel. Add flour to one shallow bowl, beat egg in a second bowl and combine panko, salt, smoked paprika and garlic in a third.
- Coat pickles in flour followed by egg and then panko. Place in basket of air fryer, leaving ½ inch of space between each pickle. Air fry at 370ºF for 7-9 minutes.
- While pickles air fry, combine roasted red peppers, mayonnaise and old bay seasoning in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Serve pickles warm with aioli for dipping.
