ingredients

1 pound fusilli pasta
2 cups chopped radicchio
⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
⅔ cup peeled and chopped cucumber
½ cup small mozzarella cheese balls, halved
6 ounces chopped hard salami
½ cup fresh chopped parsley
⅓ cup sliced kalamata olives
⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
⅓ cup pepperoncini rings

For Dressing

⅔ cup olive oil
¼ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 clove of garlic, peeled and minced
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

directions

1. Combine ingredients for dressing in a small jar. Secure lid and shake vigorously to combine.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Strain and run under cool water. Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl. Pour half of the dressing over pasta and stir to coat.
3. Add remaining salad ingredients to bowl and drizzle with remaining dressing. Stir well. Transfer salad to serving bowl. Serve right away or refrigerate until serving.
