ingredients

4 strips bacon 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso
Raw pizza dough 
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 medium eggs  

For Serving
¼ cup green onion , chopped
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso 

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a cookie rack on top of parchment paper. Lay strips of bacon on cookie rack and bake for 15 minutes.  
  2. Remove baking sheet from oven and brush bacon with Takumi. Return to oven for 5 minutes longer or until fully cooked. Cool bacon at room temperature for 10 minutes then chop into small pieces. 
  3. Increase oven temperature to 425ºF. Shape pizza dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet about 11 inches in diameter. Top with mozzarella cheese leaving space for eggs. Bake for 10 minutes. Crack eggs on 4 separate areas of pizza. Bake 10 minutes longer. 
  4. Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle chopped bacon and green onion on top. Drizzle with extra Takumi if desired. Slice and serve.
