2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Oyster Sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Kotteri Mirin®

2 tablespoon cooking oil

8oz chicken thigh, cut into bite size pieces

1 shallot, thinly sliced

1 green onion

¼ cup thinly sliced sweet onion

5 cloves garlic

4 slices ginger

Chili peppers

directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the clay pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat, add in the shallot, ginger, garlic, onion, shallot and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Spread the ingredients evenly on the bottom of the clay pot. Add the marinated chicken thighs. Turn to medium heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, open the lid and stir-fry the chicken with shallot, ginger, garlic, onion, shallot.
  4. Pour mirin along the sides of the pot, cover and continue to simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, add chili peppers, cilantro, green onion, stir evenly, cover the lid and turn to high heat, simmer for 1 minute.
