2 slices bacon
12 snow peas
4.2 ounces penne pasta
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
Black pepper, as desired

For sauce:
1.7 fluid ounces soymilk
1 egg

directions

  1. Cut the bacon into ¼-inch widths and split open the snow peas into 2 halves.
  2. Mix together the soymilk and egg for the sauce.
  3. Boil the penne according to the directions on the package. About 2 minutes before finishing boiling add in the bacon and snow peas. Boil all together and then drain in a colander.
  4. Add pasta, bacon, and snow peas to a bowl. Add in the soy sauce and sauce mixture.
  5. While still hot, serve onto plates and sprinkle with a dash of black pepper.
