Cut the bacon into ¼-inch widths and split open the snow peas into 2 halves.
- Mix together the soymilk and egg for the sauce.

Boil the penne according to the directions on the package. About 2 minutes before finishing boiling add in the bacon and snow peas. Boil all together and then drain in a colander.

Add pasta, bacon, and snow peas to a bowl. Add in the soy sauce and sauce mixture.

While still hot, serve onto plates and sprinkle with a dash of black pepper.
