ingredients

1 cup of Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
1½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup carrots, cut
¼ cup baby cucumbers, sliced
¼ cup edamame
¼ cup corn

For Serving
Green onion 

directions

  1. Pour teriyaki on chicken thighs and massage marinade into meat, then let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (the longer it sits, the more flavor is absorbed)
  2. Cook rice following the package instructions.
  3. Cook chicken in air fryer on 375°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Clean and cut veggies/toppings of choice.
  5. Assemble bowl by layering rice, chicken, then toppings of choice.
  6. Pour any extra desired teriyaki on top and garnish with green onion.
