- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, shallot, and red pepper flakes in a food processor and blend until shallot and garlic are finely chopped.
- Reserve ⅓ cup of sauce and pour the rest over steak in a shallow bowl or dish. Cover and marinate 2-4 hours.
- Heat a greased cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Discard marinade. Place steak on skillet and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Rest steak for 10 minutes before slicing against grain. Serve with remaining sauce.
