kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1-1/2 quarts chicken broth
1/3 cup dry sherry
4-1/2 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce*
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Garnishes:
5 to 6 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced diagonally
1 carrot, cut into very thin slices

*May substitute Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce

directions

  1. Bring broth to a simmer in large saucepan. Add sherry and soy sauce; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Ladle soup into small bowls or mugs; float a lemon slice in each bowl.
  3. Arrange and present garnishes on a tray and have guests add their own garnish to soup.
