1 pound edamame, thawed
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Blot edamame dry with paper towel and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir together soy sauce, honey, and garlic until honey is combined. Add Parmesan and stir to coat.
  2. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until edamame is lightly charred and Parmesan cheese is golden brown.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy warm.
