- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Blot edamame dry with paper towel and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir together soy sauce, honey, and garlic until honey is combined. Add Parmesan and stir to coat.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until edamame is lightly charred and Parmesan cheese is golden brown.
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy warm.
