ingredients

2 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup Kikkoman Lime Ponzu
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lime, juiced
  Olive oil

directions

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Place the edamame, garlic, ponzu and lime juice in a blender, puree until smooth (add olive as needed); add to the bowl of avocados. Mix in the onions, tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour before.
