- Press the tofu to drain excess water, or microwave at 600W for 5-8 minutes to reduce moisture.
- Cut the imitation crab sticks into 3 cm pieces. Slice the green onions into 0.5-1 cm pieces.
- Have a large bowl, combine the hanpen, tofu, imitation crab sticks and seasoning ingredients (A). Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into your preferred size and shape into patties.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until both sides are golden brown.
- Make the dipping sauce: Mix the onion (grate), onion(chopped),green onion, less sodium soy sauce, ponzu sauce, kotteri mirin to make the dipping sauce.
