- Bring broth and rice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cover and fluff with a fork.
- Transfer to a large bowl and stir in carrots, Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, peas, Kikkoman® Sesame Oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well then let cool to warm before stirring in cilantro, green onions and eggs.
- Heat a waffle iron and brush with vegetable oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon a 1-inch layer of rice in the center and almost to the edges. Close and cook until golden brown. Remove and repeat with remaining rice.
- Serve immediately with additional Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original and green onions.
