- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add oil and chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cook 3-5 minutes, or until veggies are softened.
- Add ginger, garlic, and Umami Joy Sauce™ and sesame oil. Cook 1 minute longer, stirring to coat chicken mixture.
- Add additional Umami Joy Sauce™ as desired.
- Plate the mixture onto lettuce cups and enjoy!
