- Combine ground beef, egg, almond flour, green onion, garlic, ginger and two tablespoons of hoisin sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Form into 6 large meatballs. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs for 8 minutes, turning regularly for even browning. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining hoisin sauce to skillet and simmer for 15 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Serve meatballs over greens on slider buns.
