1. Lightly grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray.
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Add cornstarch to a second
bowl and gluten-free panko to a third bowl.
2. Working in 2 batches, coat chicken tenders in cornstarch,
followed by egg allowing excess to drip into bowl. Coat in
gluten-free panko.
3. Place coated chicken tenders in air fryer basket leaving
space for air to circulate.
4. Air fry at 400° for 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining
chicken tenders.
5. Place chicken tenders on plate and dip or drizzle with
gluten-free hoisin sauce.
6. Serve hot garnished with green onion.
