- Pour teriyaki sauce over steak in a baking dish or sealable bag and marinate for 1 hour.
- Toss slaw ingredients together and season to taste.
- Drip off excess marinade off meat.
- Grill steak in a skillet or grill pan at medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice against the grain.
- Heat tortillas on a skillet or flame.
- Fill tortillas with steak and top with slaw.
