Grilled Teriyaki Tacos with Jalapeno Slaw

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 ½ cups Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 pound skirt steak
¼ cup daikon, julienned
2 tablespoons carrot, julienned
¼ cup watermelon, diced
½ jalapeno, sliced
2 tablespoons scallions, sliced diagonally
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
8 tortillas

directions

  1. Pour teriyaki sauce over steak in a baking dish or sealable bag and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Toss slaw ingredients together and season to taste.
  3. Drip off excess marinade off meat.
  4. Grill steak in a skillet or grill pan at medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice against the grain.
  5. Heat tortillas on a skillet or flame.
  6. Fill tortillas with steak and top with slaw.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
