Spiralize or chop the zucchini into “noodles” and set aside.
Thaw and grill the chicken in a saucepan. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
Chop the cream cheese into pieces and place in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Add the half and half, cheese, broth, corn starch, soy sauce, pepper and garlic powder and stir until melted and creamy.
Place the zoodles in a bowl and top with cream sauce and grilled chicken.
