- Preheat 6 cups of frying oil in a large pot to 350°F.
- Add cornstarch, frying mix, and water to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Toss one pound of chicken wings into a mixing bowl.
- Season chicken with salt and garlic powder.
- Toss seasoned chicken wings into the batter mix and mix well with hands.
- Fry wings in oil for 8-10 mins then remove the wings and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Fry the wings for a second time for 4-5 minutes.
- Toss the wings in a mixing bowl, add teriyaki sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with scallion and enjoy!
