- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the stem end of the sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut in half.
- Wrap each sprout with half of a piece of bacon. Place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway, until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crisp.
- Meanwhile, combine sriracha, honey, and lime in a small bowl.
- Brush the sprouts with the sauce and serve warm.
