ingredients

8 ounces lo mein noodles
1 tablespoon avocado oil
½ pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
½ cup carrots, julienned
⅓ cup red bell pepper, julienned
½ cup bok choy, chopped
½ cup white mushrooms, sliced

For Sauce

3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
tablespoons Kikkoman® Oyster Sauce 
tablespoon Kikkoman® Mirin
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced

directions

  1. Boil water and cook lo mein noodles as per package instructions.
  2. Place wok on medium high heat, add avocado oil and chicken breast. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken and add in the carrots, pepper, bok choy, mushrooms.
  4. Mix together sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Add cooked lo mein noodles, sauce and chicken and sauté them together until sauce evenly covers the noodles and chicken.
