- Whisk together oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup, then pour the mixture over the chopped Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Create a little tray out of tin foil, turning the edges up to make a barrier. Place the sprouts in the tray, discarding any excess maple-soy mixture. Season with some freshly ground black pepper.
- Cook the packet of Brussels sprouts, completely covered, on a closed medium-high grill for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the sprouts to a serving bowl or plate.
