- Combine potatoes, onion and 1-2/3 cups water in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Blend chicken broth and flour until smooth; stir mixture into saucepan with soymilk, butter, salt and pepper. Return to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute.
- Stir in ham; cook until heated through.
